Get Greater than or equal to of dataframe and other, element-wise (binary operator ge).

Among flexible wrappers (eq, ne, le, lt, ge, gt) to comparison operators.

Equivalent to ==, =!, <=, <, >=, > with support to choose axis (rows or columns) and level for comparison.
