Returns the truncated value for each element x_i for input array x.

The truncated value of the scalar x is the nearest integer i which is closer to zero than x is. In short, the fractional part of the signed number x is discarded.

Parameters:
  • x (usm_ndarray) -- Input array, expected to have a boolean or real-valued data type.

  • out ({None, usm_ndarray}, optional) --

Output array to populate. Array must have the correct shape and the expected data type.

    Default: None.

  • order ({"C", "F", "A", "K"}, optional) --

Memory layout of the new output array, if parameter out is None.
